INTERNATIONAL
International orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email or WhatsApp, where applicable.

Each request is carefully reviewed by our team. Depending on the nature of the concern, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

To be eligible, returned items must be:
* Unworn, unused, and unwashed
* In their original condition with all tags attached

Garments made in Custom Size or Made-to-Measure are tailored exclusively according to the measurements provided by the customer.
As these pieces are individually crafted, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or a change of mind.
If a manufacturing defect or production error is identified, our team will carefully review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include alteration, replacement, store credit, or a refund.
