Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments:

Slight variations in embroidery, embellishments, fabric texture, colour, and placement may occur.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Zeb Zeeshan reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to:

Pricing or typographical errors
Suspected fraudulent activity
Payment verification issues

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. Made-to-Order & Custom Sizing

Most of our luxury garments are produced specifically for each client.

Customers selecting Custom Size or providing body measurements, height, or preferred heel height are solely responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate.

Zeb Zeeshan is not responsible for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer.

Production begins only after payment requirements have been fulfilled.

5. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept secure online payments through our approved payment providers.

Orders requiring an advance payment will not enter production until the required payment has been successfully received.

Any remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

6. Production Time

Estimated production timelines are displayed on each product page.

Production times are approximate and may vary during:

Bridal season
Festive collections
Promotional periods
Public holidays
Circumstances beyond our control

While every effort is made to meet estimated timelines, delays do not automatically qualify for cancellation or compensation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Domestic and international shipping charges are calculated during checkout.

Once an order has been dispatched:

Delivery timelines depend on the courier service.
Zeb Zeeshan is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, courier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local charges imposed by their respective countries.
