RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Zeb Zeeshan, every garment is crafted with great attention to detail. Many of our pieces are made to order or customised specifically for each client. For this reason, we maintain the following Returns & Exchanges Policy.


1. General Policy

We kindly encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing their purchase.

As many of our garments are produced specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in this policy.


2. Eligible for Exchange

We will gladly offer an exchange if:

  • You receive an incorrect item.
  • You receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect.
  • You receive the wrong size due to an error on our part.

Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Made-to-order garments
  • Custom-sized orders
  • Bridal wear
  • Altered garments
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards

4. Custom Measurements

Customers selecting Custom Size or providing:

  • Body measurements
  • Height
  • Preferred heel height
  • Special fitting instructions

are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate.

Zeb Zeeshan cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect measurements or sizing information provided by the customer.


5. Condition of Returned Items

Where a return or exchange has been approved, the garment must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free from stains, perfume, makeup, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags and packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


6. Colour & Fabric Variations

We make every effort to display product colours as accurately as possible.

However, slight differences may occur due to:

  • Screen brightness
  • Mobile or monitor settings
  • Lighting during photography
  • Handcrafted embellishments and fabric textures

Such variations are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.


7. Exchange Process

If your exchange request is approved:

  1. Contact our Customer Care team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, photographs, and a description of the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request.
  4. If approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the garment.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


8. Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided for an approved manufacturing defect.
  • An order is cancelled by Zeb Zeeshan Haute Form Studio before production begins.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are generally non-refundable unless required by law.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled due to the made-to-order nature of our garments.


10. International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Clearance fees
  • Local government charges

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the product or shipping price unless otherwise stated.
