All orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 2–5 business days.

INTERNATIONAL

International orders are generally delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Orders that have entered production or have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

At Zeb Zeeshan, every garment is crafted with exceptional attention to detail. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our Client Services team within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To submit a request, kindly provide:

* Clear photographs of the item and packaging
* A brief description of the issue

Each request is carefully reviewed by our team. Depending on the nature of the concern, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

* Replacement of the item
* Exchange for another size or product (subject to availability)
* Store credit
* Full or partial refund, where deemed appropriate

To be eligible, returned items must be:

* Unworn, unused, and unwashed
* In their original condition with all tags attached
* Returned in their original packaging wherever possible

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Garments made in Custom Size or Made-to-Measure are tailored exclusively according to the measurements provided by the customer.

As these pieces are individually crafted, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to incorrect measurements provided by the customer or a change of mind.

If a manufacturing defect or production error is identified, our team will carefully review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include alteration, replacement, store credit, or a refund.
